Friendly and helpful I had two great experiences at White River Toyota. First, when my car broke down, and there were some delays in getting it fixed they made it right by I had two great experiences at White River Toyota. First, when my car broke down, and there were some delays in getting it fixed they made it right by delivering it to me at home. During that process Josh was terrific and showed a lot of concern for my inconvenience. Then, I bought a car from Alexis and found the process easy and enjoyable. Alexis was supportive and helpful in answering my many questions. It felt like my decision completely. Plus their dealer doc fee is very low compared to most dealerships in NH. I would go back! More

Honest, Informative, and Helpful I went in for an oil change and a new battery (it had been several years and there was no way it was going to make it through the winter). Both of tho I went in for an oil change and a new battery (it had been several years and there was no way it was going to make it through the winter). Both of those services were excellent. While I was there, I had my winter wheels mounted. Dana mentioned that my TPMS couldn't sync, but that it was likely just that they were aftermarket TPMS (which they were). When the place that I had bought the TPMS also could no longer sync them, I called back to the dealership and Josh was incredibly helpful. He quoted me a price for new TPMS but told me that while they would more than happily do this for me, I could save a good deal of money by going back to the original place and get my TPMS replaced there because they certainly should not have died so soon (and would likely be covered under a warranty or service guarantee). It's very refreshing to have a dealer who isn't just interested in making as much money as possible, but actually cares about the person who has to pay for the parts/service. More

Excellent service Love, Love, Love Alexis!! She sold us our first car for my husband, a Toyota RAV4. He was in a serious accident and car was totaled. He says the car Love, Love, Love Alexis!! Very professional, honest and fair My experiences with Toyota over 30 years have impressed me with the company's integrity in standing behind its products: under warrantee, they rebuilt My experiences with Toyota over 30 years have impressed me with the company's integrity in standing behind its products: under warrantee, they rebuilt the V6 in my 1994 pickup with 140,000 miles when the headgasket failed and then they rehabed the rusted frame on my 2004 Tundra in 2014 (10 years of NH road salt!), also under warrantee. White River Toyota marches the trustworthiness of the company in every way. They are knowledgeable about their products and give all the options for difficult repairs. A truly outstanding dealership and company. More
