Over all the sales rep did a good job but finance dropped the ball and it took over 30 days to get the loan funded and collect the title work. I reached out to finance several times and no one ever called me the ball and it took over 30 days to get the loan funded and collect the title work. I reached out to finance several times and no one ever called me back regarding wanting know why the loan had not been funded. The way I found out was from Truity as they could see the loan but was kicked to the dealer for corrected paper work. Had to make my first payment by calling the CU to set up my account since I never received any in the mail. Not happy with this BTW More

We bought a new car and they were very helpful. Josh helped us and he was kind and patient. Very happy with that! The service department though has gone down - twice the person who helped us never co helped us and he was kind and patient. Very happy with that! The service department though has gone down - twice the person who helped us never contacted us while our car was with them. We waited for more than 2 hours each of the 2 times to check and the car was done but both times they never kept us informed on what was happening and when the car was ready. Very disappointed in the strong fall in the service department. One of the two times, the agent who has been mine for quite some time had gone for the lunch/day and my car was ready and I waited for almost 3 hours. Both times no updates for the 2-3 hours or tell us when it was ready. More
