Josh was great. Been communicating with him for almost a year about a new Outback Wilderness. My only gripe was that when I ask about an add on service that it is explained in detail. What I asked for and what I got were two different things. A clear coat protection on front, door handles and door that it is explained in detail. What I asked for and what I got were two different things. A clear coat protection on front, door handles and door edges is exactly that. I got a thick trim on door edges and no protection below hood. That was not told to me. Then salesman said I can see what the additional would cost but never got back to me. He did go out of his way to make me happy by flipping tires for me. I just am anal about what I ask for and what I get. Money doesn’t grow on trees! Thanks! Otherwise I am happy with my car. Was told to take gaskets around door edges off because they take paint off. Ugh! More
