Service in a Pinch While on business travel on the NJ Turnpike, my Chevrolet-certified Malibu experienced an error that shut off the traction control, warned of service While on business travel on the NJ Turnpike, my Chevrolet-certified Malibu experienced an error that shut off the traction control, warned of service to the ESC, and the car entered the reduced-power mode. After I was towed off the NJ Turnpike, I called two other service dealers (that were closer) and explained that I was desperate to return home from business travel and I could not stay overnight as I was from out-of-town. Both of these service dealers could not accommodate me in their busy schedule. When I called Elkins Service at 3pm, Josh said that if I could get the car to him, his service team had the parts on hand and could service my car. Josh kept his word and the Elkins service team provided excellent service with repair in about 45 minutes. I appreciate their level of care and service as my car was finished ready to go with a complimentary car wash at about 4:45pm. I drove the car off the lot and home without any trouble. More

I love and trust only Elkins to maintain my 2010 Camaro RS. They have always been honest and polite and caring when it comes to taking care of my Camaro. When I purchase my 2012 ss convertible from them brand new it had two dents on it that they had Fix. after having my car serviced there my car was delivered to me with tWO huge Dent on the Car a chip on new it had two dents on it that they had Fix. after having my car serviced there my car was delivered to me with tWO huge Dent on the Car a chip on the hood .my car does not run the same. my heat does not work in the vehicle. neither the dealership or GM wants to help me. I would definitely not recommend any car from general motor due to the fact that they will not fix your car or give you a loner. More

The way I was treated, the fantastic deal, the amazing way the car arrived... it does get better than this. Thank you, guys. Even though my previous 2010 SS was purchased elsewhere (not by my choice), I had Elkins service that vehicle for almost 4 years. Again, treated like a king, always a great time, always a seamless, smooth, amazing experience. I may be the only person that I know that actually ENJOYS visiting his dealership. All thanks to the beautiful showroom exeperince, massive inventory, and a staff that has become what I'd like to think of as real FRIENDS. Thank you, Adam, Jason, and everyone.
