Service staff have been wonderful to deal with. My only gripe would be not knowing some costs up front and getting a surprise when picking up the vehicle. Also, in less then one year from owning the Buick we purchased from your dealership, it was not well received that we had to pay for a new battery and also rear camera because they were not covered under warranty. Not for nothing, these items should have been covered by the dealership or a percentage of the costs. More
