Hello, Thank you for your timely response. I’m not trying to be difficult but I believe the auto department in control of detailing and cleaning should be more detail oriented. Customers pay top dollar for vehicles so maybe I just expect a higher level of satisfaction/expectation.

Hi Phyllis, during your daughter's appointment, we let her know that the fluid you can see is called the overflow tank. The liquid should be between the minimum and maximum lines while the vehicle is within the manufacturer's specifications. During her appointment, our team did add a gallon of washer fluid to her vehicle, however the majority of the tank is not visible from the engine compartment. Looked up standards for antifreeze levels, should be midway between minimum and maximum. Hers is just at minimum line. In April, mine was below minimum and remained that way after service. Your quality of service is all talk. What goes on in the garage is a different story. I was a buyer and customer for 35+ years. Done with your unsatisfactory service.
