Purchased used 2020 Ram. Needed oil change and fuel filter changed. Dealer verified correct oil required. Miguel and his team were great to work with. As I only have one car I couldn't easily leave my car overnight for service. It was mid afternoon on my day of scheduled service. The mechanic who was working on my car wasn't sure it could be completed by 5pm. I explained my car situation to Miguel and he worked with the mechanic to make sure my car was finished that day.
