I have purchased over 25 cars in my life and this was definitely one of the best experiences yet. From our first conversation with Josh until we drove off the lot, everybody was very polite and professio definitely one of the best experiences yet. The first time we called we noticed how upbeat the receptionist was and during my wife's conversation with Josh (He was on speaker phone and did not know it.) how polite and professional he was. We had called a couple of other agencies before calling the Lima Auto Mall Dealership. I decided based on the receptionist and Josh's phone call, quick responses to our questions and his directness, that I would prefer to do business with them than the other dealers we had called. After several more phone calls back and forth and some negotiating we made an appointment the next day we made the 2 1/2 hour trip to the dealership. We were greeted by Charles and he immediately started assisting us. The deal was made with both vehicles being unseen, so we had a couple of bumps but were very pleased with how they were taken care of. I own multiple businesses and understand what reviews, good or bad, can do for a company. So, I wanted to make sure and let EVERYONE know, Including Management) what an absolutely amazing job was done by the receptionist, Josh, Charles and Aaron. They definitely are keepers. More
