Staff was courteous. Check in was quick and easy. The work on the car was completed within a 2 hour window. I got the car back nice and clean with tire pressure checked Check in was quick and easy. Service department. Jaime it’s very rude and very unprofessional, he looks down at customers not knowing who he’s talking to. He was very rude to me last week and very rude to my friend the week before. If he is rude to customers I imagine how difficult must be to work with him. This is not the first time this happened. Jaime talks down to customers making us feel like he’s doing us a favor, he doesn’t make us feel welcome. I don’t know what are your customer service standards but Jaime won’t be working for me that is for sure. His “I’m better than everyone else attitude “ does not work with my company standards.
