My Hyundai was towed to the dealership and declared completely lost by the insurance company. When I arrived to to the service department they were not helpful and just assumed I knew what to do since my car was towed there. They didn't offered any assistance in getting my personal belongings. Jut basically gave me the keys and told me to go find my car in the lot. This could have been a great sale opportunity for them since they knew I need a new car, but now, unfortunately they wont ever have my service.

have are not big enough to accomodate the service customers. I sat down, went to the bathroom in a different building and when I came back my seat was gone, people were standing against the wall. I went into the sales trailer to sit and wait while my car was being serviced.
My Service advisor was Good, the appointment center was NOT, they told me if I arrived early, I might be able to get a loaner for a RECALL AND Oil change. Mind you, I had to wait 7 weeks for this appointment to do both. I was told multiple times we have over 11,000 customers, I don't care, all I would like is a loaner when I drop my car off and be able to set an appointment with in a few weeks, I think this is reasonable. I have a 50 minute drive to your dealership and prefer not to wait 2+ hours while work is being performed on my car.
