Called two days in a row several times trying to schedule with quick lane and no one would answer the phone when transferred. Very aggravating! Finally drove over to speak with someone, then was told quick with quick lane and no one would answer the phone when transferred. Very aggravating! Finally drove over to speak with someone, then was told quick lane no longer works on my vehicle when they had done it previously.Finally had to go over to the truck shop to schedule service in which they were very accommodating. Excellent and prompt service stopping in without an appointment for low tire air pressure with no charge. I am very pleased with the friendly, prompt service at HAWK FORD!! More
