I was waiting in the waiting area for 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation the should have only taken 30 minutes. False advertising calling it “Quick Lane” service because it was anything but quick! This was my second time visiting. Thought it might be just a fluke, but both visits were extraordinarily long!
