I went to Bob Rohrman Subaru, because I thought I found the perfect car although I am from Illinois. The experience initially was good but since buying my car at the end of January, my temporary license ha the perfect car although I am from Illinois. The experience initially was good but since buying my car at the end of January, my temporary license has expired and I cannot get anyone at Bob Rohrman including Justin, Josh, and Brenda, to figure out what happened and why I cannot get an Illinois license plates. I spent around $30,000 to buy this car and now I cannot drive it because I do not have legal plates. I have called I have emailed I have texted the above people and they can’t find it in their day to call me back and figure out what the problem is so I will never do business with this dealership again and I will make sure anybody I know won’t either. What is the purpose of buying a car if you can’t drive it? More

Paper plate expires before I even received my paperwork in the mail, so parking downtown my van got towed because plates were expired and I hadn't even received my paperwork to get it registered. $300 doll in the mail, so parking downtown my van got towed because plates were expired and I hadn't even received my paperwork to get it registered. $300 dollars out of my own pocket to get my van out. Totally out of my control. Get your paperwork sent out earlier. Stop xxxxing people over. Thanks. More
