I was working with Kenny one of the many sales managers which was very pushy n rude at times which really made me hesitate on buying from them but Michelle was kind n friendly the whole time. I was in talks with the both of them for 2 week about financing the price of a truck n so on.. Finally all ducks in a row texted Michelle to finally buy it n she was calling me the next day to finalized everything.. I get a phone call from Salesmanager Josh saying the vehicle sold late last night. If I was interested in another vehicle.. I'm a father of 3, financial supporter of 5 in today's world n these people WASTED 2 WEEKS OF MY TIME, MONEY, N TRIPS DOWN THERE. I can't wait till I hear there response or excuses... Anyway I WOULD NOT CONSIDERING BUYING USED OR NEW VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY starling ford..My wife went with me w 2 of my 3 kids n she didn't like the experience from day one n was adamant on not buying from this dealership.
