Did unauthorized work on my wife's vehicle. (Did not ask her about wheel alignment). And, You told her that she needed both an air filer and Cabin air filter. She immediately called me and I sa (Did not ask her about wheel alignment). And, You told her that she needed both an air filer and Cabin air filter. She immediately called me and I said no! I'll do it for one quarter of the price. She told this to the service writer within two minutes of their conversation and he told her it was too late. The tech was already doing it. Then you charged her around $140 for the two filters and labor. I could have done it for thirty bucks with premium filters. Back to the unauthorized wheel alignment. You failed to give her the sheet that shows the before and after results of the alignment, But you charged the $129 for this supposed service. Anytime I have had an alignment done, I have ALWAYS received said aforementioned sheet. No more service work for you guys. Your sales staff was fantastic but you dropped the ball on this service. You charged my wife, (A senior citizen) over $1500 for the above service and four new tires. Granted the tires were $996 for four plus installation. I trusted you guys to be fair and honest with her since I could not be there. I also then called and REQUESTED the before and after alignment sheet. You never sent it to me via email/fax as I requested. I have had good results in the past with service at DePaula Ford. What happened?????? I will not single out the service technicians on this rating email. You know who they are. More
