Firstly, I called several weeks ago to make an appointment for a recall letter I received. I spoke to a lady, unfortunately I do not remember her name. She informed me that either her or another g appointment for a recall letter I received. I spoke to a lady, unfortunately I do not remember her name. She informed me that either her or another gentleman would call me back, as only her or he handled such issues. I waited several days, but never heard back. I subsequently made an appointment online to now address a second recall as well as some other issues I was having with my truck. I believe the first available appointment was +/- 14 days, which is understandable. I scheduled for this past Monday at 8:15 a.m. Two days later, I still had not heard anything. Trying to be respectful and understanding of everyone’s lack of help, I finally called on Wednesday afternoon and spoke to a gentleman who actually referred me to Crystal, who proceeded to tell me how busy they were and someone should have called me to reschedule. She also told me she would talk to the boss and try to “accelerate” the service, and that she would call me back. Well, you guessed it, that call never came. I was going out of town on Friday and needed my truck. I finally get a call, while heading out of town with an unreliable 1999 F150, that my truck is ready. Long story short, I believe it is totally unreasonable for a dealership to expect a customer to be without his vehicle for 5 days with absolutely no communication. I understand everyone is short help, and I am empathetic to that, but a phone call and full disclosure is very important. I appreciate your time in reading my review. As I was roaming into the sales floor I was greeted by my sales person, Joshua Halse. I wondered over to Depaula Chevrolet to look at the Chevrolets. Very friendly sales people there as well. Their service people seem top notch as well! The service manager, Mark Rosebeck answered a few of my questions on the Silverado as well. Great people! My vehicle was done in less than an hour. Very impressed with these people!! More
