“Incredible Customer Service”. I purchased this vehicle over the phone after locating it online. I live nearly 250 miles away.from the dealership. I was so impressed with the customer experience that I literally “hopped a west bound train” and travelled nearly 6 hours to drive this vehicle home. Josh picked me up at the station and he and Jason stayed well after closing time (the train arrived late) to make this deal happen. Every possible question and concern that I had was answered and resolved prior to my arrival. This was, hands down, the best and most positively confident experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle, ever! I gave them five stars each, but Josh and Jason both deserve an extra star for going above and beyond.
