I visited other VW dealers in Gurne, I was given no explanation about the cars or what to expect. They have no ideas or knowledge about the cars they own in their dealership. Josh is very calm and he is a good listener, and he understands customers' concerns very well. I wish every dealership highers sales people or any employees that deal with customers like Josh. I admire Josh so much he is a very nice person to have as employee if you want good customer service that treats everyone with respect and dignity as well as who knows how to deal with customers and has knowledge of the product they sale.
