He worked diligently to find our stunning new car while it was still in Japan, secured it for us, and followed it from factory to ship to train to truck to his dealership and finally to us... it was a journey that took two months and achieved a perfect outcome only because of Isaac's dedication to his customers' happiness and commitment to restoring and maintaining the Lexus name!!! Waited for months and my local Lexus dealer could find what we wanted...they found what we wanted and I contacted the dealer. Told a while to build, but the Communications was great, flew and and drove i what we wanted...they found what we wanted and I contacted the dealer.
