I have been coming to Key for service work for a few years now and finally decided to buy a truck from them. I can say I am 100% satisfied with the sales experience and the service department for some small things that needed to be worked on. Grant and Jonathan were easy to work with and didn't apply any pressure to make the sale. They let me test drive multiple vehicles and I put them through the ringer in making this purchase and they dealt with me in a kind and courteous manner throughout the entire process. Josh helped me figure out a weird ticking sound on the truck and Mike Fletcher got the minor issues repaired in a short amount of time. I would recommend Key CDR of Portsmouth to anybody who asks. More
