The service was great, as always, but the way the accessory had to be installed was not what I would expect from Volvo. Given a choice, I would not have this option installed. The installation process necessitated some cutting of plastic and wiring runs that look a bit like a cheap aftermarket hack job. It's not the fault of the service department, but the way Volvo designed the accessory for dealer installation. Would definitely not recommend the digital rearview mirror unless it comes straight from the factory. More

The dealership was extremely helpful and accommodating.
