Super Excellent In 2014 I went to look at a Mazda 3 at Wantagh Mazda because of their excellent reputation. Unfortunately my trade in didn't meet their standards. It In 2014 I went to look at a Mazda 3 at Wantagh Mazda because of their excellent reputation. Unfortunately my trade in didn't meet their standards. It had been in a front end collision. I bought a three at a local dealer. The car was great, but now it's six years old. I went back to the other dealer to price a new Mazda 3 hatchback, then priced the car at Wantagh Mazda. Wantagh was $ 3,200 less, and Josh was exceptional. The other dealer said I would never get the car at that price, but I did. There were no hidden or extra fees, and they have been great every time I have a question about the new technology. I'm 75. More

Incredible customer service We just finished leasing a Mazda from Wantagh Mazda less than 2 weeks ago, unfortunately for me I hit a curb and blew out my tire I called Wantagh Maz We just finished leasing a Mazda from Wantagh Mazda less than 2 weeks ago, unfortunately for me I hit a curb and blew out my tire I called Wantagh Mazda so I could get a new tire and get it serviced the person on the phone was very courteous and directed me to the correct department. Today I went in to get the new tire and get it serviced and I have to say that I have never seen such an amazing group of people working together to ensure customer satisfaction. The person that did the service was Garry who was extremely efficient and prompt he walked me through what he did and gave me some good advice. I was in total awe with the service I received this is our first time leasing a Mazda and I assure you that if this is the service we will be getting we won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this specific location for the service and the people that go above and beyond. The entire lease process here was easier than just trying to get information from other dealers I've been to over the past year. They were honest and straight-forward. I came in with a special they had on their website expecting to find out what the 'real' price would be. The deal was the deal and there were no surprises at any point in the process. I dealt with Josh who was super friendly and easy to work with. I was glad he was available actually because I had stopped in earlier in the year just to explore some of the new models and he was great then as well - helpful, informative, and not pushy. This was my first lease so he explained everything and worked with me to get the lease set up how I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or pressured about anything. I received a very fair value for my trade-in as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I am very happy with the new car. Thanks Wantagh Mazda! More
