Quick & Painless! After being in a not-at-fault accident the last thing I wanted to hear was that my car was a total loss. I was more upset about having to start car sh After being in a not-at-fault accident the last thing I wanted to hear was that my car was a total loss. I was more upset about having to start car shopping than I was about the loss of my car. Lucky for me BMW of Columbia had one of my dream cars sitting on their lot. The test drive experience was painless. I didn't have to wait and when I got back the next car I wanted to try out was waiting ready to go. It was the quickest experience at a dealership I have ever dealt with. Josh made what I feared to be a dreadful experience one of the easiest and painless decisions I have had to make! More

Outstanding People There!!! Not local but found a BMW 540 on their lot optioned how I wanted it. Worked with Joshua. Very easy to deal with and pricing was favorable. Used car I have used the same salesman for our last three car purchases and the last 10 years. but He did not have a car on his lot that met our very specifi I have used the same salesman for our last three car purchases and the last 10 years. but He did not have a car on his lot that met our very specific wish list. So after doing some googling I found a used car on the BMW lot that did. When I arrived at the lot Josh greeted me and was very helpful. I was only interested in the one car and Josh helped me get it into our price range. I was apprehensive about using a new salesman but Josh was very easy to work with. He even did some digging for our questions after the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend working with him. More

Buying a used car has never been easier We have purchased a new car from BMW of Columbia and decided to see if they could help us get a used car for our daughter's first car. I contacted Josh Reichlin (who helped us before) and told him what we were looking for and our price range. Within a very short period of time he found several options at a great value. We ended up with a 2014 Kia Sorrento and our daughter is smiling ear to ear. Her mom and I are happy with all the safety features, cost and ease of the transaction. I think they have a few customers for life. More

The entire process of leasing the new BMW was smooth and efficient, with the transaction completed over the phone. I got a remarkable, no pressure deal. When I arrived at the dealership, the car and paperwork were both ready. The dealership could not have made it any more stress free. If you appreciate an honest, direct, high customer service and no hassle approach, then you should shop here. Josh couldn't have made the process any easier. I will definitely buy here again. I have leased many cars from the I feel it is necessary to share how incredibly satisfied I am with Josh Reichlin and Steve Veros of BMW of Columbia. I have leased many cars from them over the past 10 years and just leased another one earlier this month. Every time I lease a car from them, I feel they do their very best to make sure I’m satisfied. It’s not often in today’s business world to walk into a business and leave feeling better on the way out as I do with them. I’ve been leasing cars for almost 20 years, so I know how extremely difficult it is to find a dealership and/or salesperson offering a really positive experience. I was drawn to BMW of Columbia years ago (at the time it was known as Joe Machens BMW) because it felt comfortable. They operated with the “old school” mindset: a handshake spoke a thousand words. They easily gained my trust. I felt their number one priority was to make their customers happy and keep them coming back. Josh has a great demeanor and “down to earth” personality. I’ve also always admired how hard he works and how seriously he takes his position. He was easy to trust from the first day I met him. Because of Josh and the support of Steve, I will not lease a BMW anyplace else. More
