Straight shooters When we went 2 look at cars we already knew what we were in the market for and were shown directly to the model we had asked about. After test-driving When we went 2 look at cars we already knew what we were in the market for and were shown directly to the model we had asked about. After test-driving it we were not in love. So my husband asked about a different model and we went from there. We were not pressured into looking at any other model or type of car. Which made the process much better for me since I hate being led to something I'm not interested in. Once we test-drove the second model of vehicle, and Beyond talking about getting into it we were only asked one time is there something else you want to see? I didn't feel manipulated in the least. Both Ross, our salesman and Jimmy our finance guy were friendly and considerate. They didn't talk in circles, so fast I couldn't follow. And when it came to negotiating, all the cards were on the table and we were able to come to an agreement everyone was happy with. More
