The Best experience by far in buying a vehicle We were recommended by AAA to shop at Paradise Chevrolet. Lance Orosco was the salesman that helped us. He was not a pushy salesman like some we have We were recommended by AAA to shop at Paradise Chevrolet. Lance Orosco was the salesman that helped us. He was not a pushy salesman like some we have dealt with before because that definitely would have been a deal breaker. We weren't even sure we would buy one that day since we wanted to go through our Credit Union. He gave us our space and let us look at different vehicles to try and make a decision on what we really wanted. He answered every question we asked and always had a smile on his face. We ended up buying a 2016 Silverado for a great price which Lance told us was a deal we shouldn't pass on. Lance is really an asset to Paradise Chevrolet and would personally recommend him to our friends and on Facebook. My husband gets a discount at Lake Chevrolet because of his job, but I had read many bad things on Facebook so I won't do business with a place that gets bad reviews. I am very outspoken when it comes to bad service. I found nothing like that at Paradise. We were offered drinks, Lance bought me a soda, and Steve offered me popcorn. When we spoke with Don he too was very nice in getting everything we wanted on the purchase price. Then Josh Rice took us to sign the papers in his office. He too did everything possible to give us the best experience in the purchase by getting us to the payment we wanted, interest rate, and all the extras to give us the best deal. Of course the best deal ever would have been not to pay for all the extras but you can't have everything. Lol Overall, everything was great. We were treated with respect and felt very comfortable purchasing our truck. I will definitely go back to purchase a car for myself since the truck is my husbands and I hope Lance and all the others will still be working there. Not all salesman give you that good feeling when buying a big ticket item like a vehicle, but Lance and the others did!!! More

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I had the best experience ever at this dealership. I showed up to my appointment and was greeted by Sam Radi. He was very polite and respectful. He immediately offered us water, and grabbed a new hot wheel car for my son to play with. He took me out to the lot to look at some used vehicles, and I found a used car I feel in love with. We sat down and did some paperwork and then Sam introduced me to the Sales Manager David Woodcock. David was just as amazing as Sam was. They were very polite and respectful and most of all were awesome with my kids. David was able to help get me a great deal. I was sent over to the finance department to do all my paperwork with Josh Rice. Another amazing experience. Josh was very polite and explained things to me very well.
