We had our little boys with us, and they were so patient and understanding of our situation. Everybody there made sure that we were ok, at all times. Both Mark and Shaun and everybody else went the extra mile in making sure we were taken care of, the customer service was above expectations. This is our second vehicle purchase, but our first time here at Paradise Autos and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you so much!!! The staff in the used car area seemed extremely pushy, didn't even ask if I liked the vehicle before they started trying to fill out a credit application. On the new car sales side Margaret was quite the opposite. She took her time, spending several hours with us even though the temps were in the 100's, helping us find the vehicle that was just right for our needs and our budget. Everyone in the new car sales center was very polite, professional and helpful. there were no games or gimmicks. this was honestly my first positive car buying experience ever. More

"Black Widow" I purchase a new 2015 Silverado June of last year. I had returned on Sunday for one of the free life time oil changes with my son, while waiting on th I purchase a new 2015 Silverado June of last year. I had returned on Sunday for one of the free life time oil changes with my son, while waiting on the parts department to complete the work my son noticed a black 2016 4 wheel drive Silverdao with a lift, and a ton of extras. He says "Dad wouldn't it be cool to drive around in that?" I noticed the "blue Tag" in the window reducing the truck by a substantial amount. Glenn approached and asks if we needed help, my son immediately says "Can I hear it run" Long story short, we had a wonderful experience once again, Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions, Josh in Finance was able to get a killer deal on financing with a great rate. I had no plans on buying a new vehicle that day. It went surprisingly well, no stress, no hassle and no pressure. I would like to thank Glenn and Donny for wonderful teamwork and for keeping my son entertained while I completed and signed paper work. More
