In fact, had it not been for her straight forward approach, plainly explaining the numbers and final price, "the real price" of the vehicle, staying away from the traditional dealership back and forth on price, we would have not purchased. Due to Becky's professionalism and obvious desire to meet our needs with the right vehicle, keeping our focus in the price range of what we came into the dealership for, and not distracting us with a more expensive unit, we purchased from Becky with confidence as we knew we purchased exactly what we wanted. Spicer experience at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac Our experience at the dealership was probably the best we have had! Mimi was the person that called us and helped us through our adventure. We were not an easy sale but Mimi was very patient and professional with us . Why we stayed was, she was never pushy, but very informative. She tried all different scenarious to try to get us a truck! After a while we knew she was truly there to help us! There was a gentleman as well. His name was Steve Burchfield. I truly thought when he showed, " Oh boy, here comes the pass and the push", but that never happened. Between the two of them we drove home with our truck. It was not what we came in for but we will never be disappointed. I would recommend your dealeship to others because of Mimi. and Steve. She was easy to talk to, professional, very knowledgable, and kind. Of course we wanted something out of our reach, but in the end, Mimi got us our Truck!!! For that we are grateful! Purchase very first NEW car My husband and I came in to Paradise to purchase our very first brand new car. We were excited to buy a new car, but not for the trouble that usually My husband and I came in to Paradise to purchase our very first brand new car. We were excited to buy a new car, but not for the trouble that usually comes along with it. This dealership has it going on. They listened to your concerns and they tried their very best to get us what we wanted and needed. We walked away able to purchase our new car with such a sense of peace. We have not questioned once if we received the best deal. We KNOW we did. The people here, Lance our car salesman, was awesome. So was the finance department. Coming out of a bankruptcy (9 months ago), we never expected to get the deal we were offered and when we went to sign the paperwork, it got better. Next vehicle we purchase, we are getting here. I love my new car and enjoyed the experience and getting to know those who helped us. More
