Both were very patient as we drove several vehicles twice or perhaps even three times. They parked the two finalists side by side so we could examine all features and make the best decision for our particular use. They did not try to upsell the higher priced vehicle but rather encouraged us to think about a more conservative approach. More

First Chevy I had already been over to Rancho ford and honestly been completely ignored. Went over to Paradise made around 10 feet from the car and Felipe walked over to help me. I was pretty clear on what I wanted and he really helped me push through the red tape to get the truck I wanted that day. Felipe was top notch on his knowledge of the vehicle and we had the truck I wanted brought over from storage. During the process I met with Josh who was helping figure out about my trade in that was over at Ford with a ruined transmission. It got to the point where the guys from Chevy literally pushed my car all the way over from Ford. Finally I met with Ryan and other than the fact that he was a Kings fan he was a good dude and helped me get through all the paperwork with no issues. Within a couple hours I was driving home in my new Silverado 1500 no regrets. Definitely recommend Paradise Chevy and the people I worked with there to anyone looking for a new car. More

Buying both new vehicles was a great experience! We bought a 2015 Chevy tahoe a few months ago and had such a great experience that we came right back in july to buy a 2014 Chevy silverado. We worked with Angel on the sales side and he was very eager to get us in a truck we wanted and very knowledgeable with all the features in the vehicle. He was a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. Josh also helped us out a lot, especially over the phone. I told Josh what we wanted and to have it ready and he did just that. Taylor worked with us on the tahoe and was very enthusiastic about making sure we were happy about our purchase. He even drove with us back to hemet to get our trade in! Finally after all the sales stuff we worked with Matt Mincio twice in finance and that guy is so easy to talk to and really makes sure you are completely satisfied with every single detail. We will definitely come back to paradise chevy in temecula and will specifically request to work with these guys again. And did I mention FREE oil changes for life! More
