Honest and Responsive Sales Wednesday night, I went to Paradise as my car was totaled the previous Saturday. I felt slightly anxious as this car search process was a sudden need. Wednesday night, I went to Paradise as my car was totaled the previous Saturday. I felt slightly anxious as this car search process was a sudden need. I was greeted by Damnio Thompson who listened to my check list of needs. He showed me my described car then showed me the upgrade version which is what I realized I truly wanted. Certified 2016 Chevy Volt Hybrid. Pearl-White; Heated leather seats; Heated steering wheel; Auto App monitor pairing with my phone. Next got my payment exactly where I wanted it with Josh Rice. Damione went above and beyond getting my rental car back to Enterprise and me and my new car home that night! We knew that night that the monitor-control panel needed an upgrade. Damione made all the arrangements for Saturday morning. I met with Jeff Hunt in Service resolved today, Saturday. We discussed my service needs. I was given a shuttle ride back home and picked up when my car was ready. Jeff kept me up-to-the-moment with the status of my service. He "walked me through" the control panel again and a few extra driving tips regarding this Hybrid. Amazing Team! Thank you Damione, Josh and Jeff. This team made a potential stressful process easy and 24 hours later, still thrilled with my decision and my Paradise Team Experience! More
