Fun new vehicle purchase Finding the right vehicle was the hard part. All the boys at Wilde Dodge worked their tails to find the perfect truck, then structure the right deal. Guy Junk then took the time to introduce me to the ‘after sales’ support team (service team, front desk, etc...) and a thorough product review on a complex and overwhelming technical vehicle. I am glad to have purchased a product that exceeded expectations. More

New vehicle shopping.....Stay far, far away I found my new car shopping experience with Wilde to be the worst of any I have had with a dealership to date. Trying to obtain timely and transparen I found my new car shopping experience with Wilde to be the worst of any I have had with a dealership to date. Trying to obtain timely and transparent information about leasing parameters before choosing to come into the dealership was very difficult to say the least. After choosing to finally come into the dealership I found that previously supplied pricing left out important details. They also pretend to be transparent by showing leasing calculations on a sheet but then take them away right before you leave so that you must rely on memory afterwards. They realize most shoppers don't understand the complex leasing calculations and appear to capitalize on that fact. The sales mgr is also brought over by the sales consultant right before you leave in an all-out attempt to apply maximum pressure to buy on the spot after one visit. I realize their job is to sell cars, but I personally found their tactics to not be professional and would not recommend Wilde based on my experience. I also must say that my bad experiences are strictly with two of their three new car sales mgrs. I found working with the sales consultant to be pleasant as he was very knowledgeable and did not apply sales pressure. More

He was very enjoyable to work with, responsive, and what he didn't know, he would find out quickly. That being said, for just starting, he knew a lot about the vehicle. Clayton his manager was very outgoing, and a pleasure to speak with as well. The manager Josh Rose helped me locate the vehicle I wanted, and was integral in working out the details, and a great deal where I felt I was getting the best possible price without having to scour the internet too much. He made the purchase an easy and enjoyable transaction. Jim from finance was also very knowledgeable and made the rest a breeze, including working through the warranty packages. Would definitely buy again from this dealership, and would certainly recommend. Thanks! More

Doug Rodriguez was the bomb! It was worth it! Doug was upfront, responsive, and so personable. Our Saturday working with him was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had in a long time. We were at ease the whole time and walked away confident that we were given the best deal we could get. It took us time to make a decision, but 2 weeks later I’m loving my new Wrangler Unlimited thanks to Doug!! More
