Beau and Josh were able to structure a great deal with trade in of my vehicle coming off lease. I value my time, which all were very respectful of until it came time to sign the final papers and pick up the vehicle. Almost 3 hours at the dealer is too long. To be fair, part of that time may well have been the leasing agency that they were working through. This is all that keeps me from giving an overall excellent rating. More

We talked to the service manager and he compensated with some free oil changes. I sure hope that it has improved. More
