Their dealership does awesome work. They do it fast and efficiently so you’re not without your vehicle for a long period of time like it used to be. Everyone was very pleasant not only to be as a customer but also to each other as employees. Very nice experience. My only down point was that you now charge 3% to use a credit card and additional char but also to each other as employees. Very nice experience. My only down point was that you now charge 3% to use a credit card and additional charges for record maintenance. I think your dealership makes enough monies to absorb the 3% credit card fee and the record maintence seems like a money grab to me. More

I didn’t even buy my Bolt EUV from Champion Hargreaves and they still roll out the red carpet and help however they can. And they let me know I could use my bumper to bumper warranty to troubleshoot. I took my truck in for service and I have an extended warranty that covers 10 days $40per day rental they had my truck for 7 days before they put me in for a loaner. Then had very poor communication of warranty that covers 10 days $40per day rental they had my truck for 7 days before they put me in for a loaner. Then had very poor communication of keeping me updated communicating through text messaging I had to continue to contact them. They took an additional 8 days to complete the service and charged my extended warranty the full 10 days although I only had the rental for 8 day and again I had to keep contacting them to get the truck back then even though I suspect the vehicle was complete and they were joy riding in my truck because they left a Rally's reciept in my truck from earlier that day. I also had issues with my extended warranty but thats not an issue I need to address to you however I am so disappointed because my wife and I has utilized Champion Hargreaves for years and did thousands of dollars in business an in my opinion being treated less than subpar. I am deciding my next move because I missed/had to cancel a trip to Tennessee because they did not get me a rental even though I explained my situation to Josh he seems unbother and even happy that I did not go on my trip and continued with poor communication where I always had to initiate the communication even those it was simply as texting to keep me updated. I believe I need to be compensated somehow but not sure how. More
