It was a no hassle experience. I went to the dealership pretty much knowing what I was looking for and Josh was very accommodating. Had a great experience at Crews Subaru. Josh and Mike were incredibly friendly and took time to understand our needs. Josh was eager to get us in the right vehicle and the right deal. The transaction was were incredibly friendly and took time to understand our needs. Josh was eager to get us in the right vehicle and the right deal. The transaction was easy and fast! We were introduced to everyone from the the manager to the service manager. They display a team atmosphere and all seem to pitch in to make your experience pleasant. Josh worked with us on every level, from the initial inquiry, then the test drive, the paperwork, all the way to the end where he personally showed us everything we could possibly need to know about our new vehicle. It was great working with the same person all the way through. Mike had shown us the Outback several months prior and we were so impressed that Josh made sure to get Mike back involved and the two of them worked together to service us. Great Job guys! Thank you ! We do appreciate how smooth the entire process went and all you guys did! Truly a rare experience for a car dealership. Definitely recommend! More
