First time visiting Ed Martin and I had a great experience! As a woman, it can be nerve-wracking walking into a dealership, but Josh Tulledge was professional and knowledgeable through the entire p experience! As a woman, it can be nerve-wracking walking into a dealership, but Josh Tulledge was professional and knowledgeable through the entire process. Once all the lines were signed, he helped me set up the Toyota app on my phone and then called Toyota to get the car’s SmartConnect reset when I accidentally declined the trial services, even though he had other customers waiting. I would recommend Ed Martin to friends and will shop there again in the future. More
