First time visiting Ed Martin and I had a great experience! As a woman, it can be nerve-wracking walking into a dealership, but Josh Tulledge was professional and knowledgeable through the entire p experience! Once all the lines were signed, he helped me set up the Toyota app on my phone and then called Toyota to get the car’s SmartConnect reset when I accidentally declined the trial services, even though he had other customers waiting.
