I recently traded in a Toyota Tacoma for a new Toyota Tundra. I worked with Ben, Xavier, and Josh. My experience with this dealership was outstanding. They were both very pleasant individuals, down to earth, and understanding. Josh in Finance was also very friendly, and very good at his job. I didn't feel pressured at all, and was presented with facts only to help me understand everything. Would 10/10 recommend this dealership and these folks. John did a great job getting to know us and what our priorities were for buying a vehicle. He took good notes and listened well. He then showed us several online vehicles in stock that could meet our needs. We could then narrow the choices to two contenders to test drive. We ended up choosing a vehicle that we didn’t even figure to be a choice as we were doing online shopping prior to visiting Ed Martin. John’s experience and advice influenced us to consider a 4 cylinder hybrid when we were thinking V6. Turns out the two hybrids we test drove were surprisingly peppy. The vehicle we chose was one of these test drives that was in excellent condition as a pre-owned car. It met pretty much all of our criteria and was certainly competitively priced. John did a great job showing us all the features and even walked us through syncing our phones to the cars audio system. John followed up with us after the delivery of the car and answered all our questions with good clarity. We are very happy with our “newer” Toyota and with Ed Martin Toyota. More
