I worked with Rebecca and Josh on my recent Honda Civic purchase, and what a team! I initially sought an internet price quote, where I dealt with Rebecca Wille. She was straightforward, honest and helped purchase, and what a team! I initially sought an internet price quote, where I dealt with Rebecca Wille. She was straightforward, honest and helped me understand all the little extras and fine print that other dealers were including in their apparently lower quotes! She answered many of my questions and really made me feel comfortable moving forward with a test drive. This was my first experience buying a new car on my own, so it definitely felt great dealing with someone so obviously trustworthy. At the recommendation of a friend, I also worked with Josh Ulrich, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He set me up with the test drive, helpfully explained all of the features, and assuaged all of my concerns (and there were many!) over buying a new car! Again, a very straight shooter. He was very upfront about pricing and what kind of wiggle room we could get. He told me exactly what to expect for the day and how long I would be in the dealership, who I would meet with and what would happen every step of the way. I've never financed a car, or purchased a new car before, so it was very calming to know what the day had in store for me! He even lent a car to my friend so she could run out and grab us lunch while I filled out paperwork! After everything was said and done, Josh still took the time to set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car, showed me all of the stereo and menu features, and made sure I had all of my questions answered before I drove off the lot! 5 star service at Mungenast, I will definitely recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family! More

My husband and I were looking for a specific year, color and options on a Honda Odyssey. We had found one online in the St. Louis area- unfortunately after driving almost 100 miles to test drive it, the de and options on a Honda Odyssey. We had found one online in the St. Louis area- unfortunately after driving almost 100 miles to test drive it, the dealership called and said it had sold earlier in the day. We decided to stop and eat with family in St. Louis area. As we complained, my cousin told us to call Josh Ulrich. He and his wife had purchased two cars from Josh. They were happy with how he handled the sales and his followup with them. As we left dinner, I called Josh. I told him our problem with another dealer in the St. Louis area, then I gave him a description of the car we wanted. The next day, Josh called- he had the exact car we wanted! That night after work, we again drove the 100+ miles to St. Louis. Josh met us, we drove the car, and within 2 hours were headed home with it. Josh has since followed up by phone and email- checking that we are happy with the purchase. We have already recommended Josh to friends and family, and will contact him in the future for our next car purchase. More

Josh Ulrich was our salesman. He was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I would definitely recommend any of my friends to see him if they are interested in a Honda. I had done a lot of research looking for an automobile with a high safety rating, reliable record, economical fuel use, and one having an affordable price, in that order. I read reviews from many sites and printed information about my top 3 picks, eventually selecting the 2013 Honda Accord EX L. It exactly fit my requirements. I went to Frontenac Honda to test drive the car. The salesperson seemed uninterested, unenthusiastic, and lacking knowledge about its features. I was using a cane to walk due to recovering from an automobile accident. The friend who was with me was recovering from foot surgery and was wearing a soft cast. He did not offer us a seat, any refreshment, and left us standing outside as he went to get the car, only to reappear, too much later, to advise us that he did not presently have one for me to test drive. Dear! Dear! Dear! Two days later, I went to Mungenast Honda where Josh was my salesperson. He was polite, offering us seats at a table and drinks. He was energetic and excited about the new features in this car and demonstrated how they functioned, even letting me practice. That's what I wanted; a salesperson who would build excitement for the features that already interested me. I didn't know how to operate most of the electronics and Josh was so pleased to teach me, not just on that day but immediately after I had signed the paperwork. Further, he explained all of the booklets belonging to the car as opposed to just handing the container of booklets to me. He urged me to spend time learning how to operate the many features and offered to help, even after the sale. He was so thoughtful to program my cell phone to work with the car's components. Josh was helpful with pricing. I had been approved for a loan from PenFed and Josh was able to offer the same interest rate as that company. I had been offered car pricing from dealerships that worked with PenFed and Josh met or exceeded those prices. Throughout the process, I would email Josh with questions or information and he was more than prompt at responding, even contacting me on his day off. I have not described everything that has lead me to assign the word, superior, to Josh's ability as a salesperson but I have recounted enough for you to see that for yourself. In the past, I have purchased several vehicles and this experience with Josh was at the top of my list. I also would like you to know that Dave Gierse surpassed my expectations when it came to completing the paperwork. This was a process that I dreaded and frankly wanted to work with PenFed to avoid. They just wanted the VIN number and I could do away with the unpleasant task of working with the business person. As it turned out, Dave was lovely. He pleasantly gave me time to read the paperwork and check the math. He kindly explained whatever I asked. He was quite organized which was comforting. What a jewel. I have been a Bommarito customer for the past eight years. I had a few service issues with them and chose to look at a Honda. When I got to the dealership I was escorted into the business office and the paper work was done under thirty minutes. Josh was very understanding and a true professional, I will be sure to send all my friends and family and feel confident he will take care of them. Josh listened to our requirements and provided options for our new car search. He allowed us to test drive a couple cars which fit our needs (he didn't push what we wouldn't buy). Josh didn't push for u for our new car search. He allowed us to test drive a couple cars which fit our needs (he didn't push what we wouldn't buy). Josh didn't push for us to "buy now", he didn't threaten with "this is your only chance", he was positive, friendly, trustworthy, and he LISTENED. He also provided us the name of another Mungenast dealer when we told him we wanted to test drive other cars. Heck, he called the manager at the other dealership - which then resulted in an in- person meeting with the manager at the next dealership (Hyundai). Ultimately, a week later, after 2 other visits, we closed the deal with Josh. We love the price we paid, we loved the attention to detail from our agent, and, most of all, we love our new car.
