Wow! ! Such a good car buying experience. I went into the dealership expecting to be let down, like I had been at Mazda of Gastonia. Keffer Mazda was the C ! Such a good car buying experience. I went into the dealership expecting to be let down, like I had been at Mazda of Gastonia. Keffer Mazda was the COMPLETE opposite. Josh Vail gave us the best deal based on what I was looking for and price range. So easy to work with and helpful. Jason McLean was an amazing help as well as to help in the pricing and fishing touches. Lane Benningfield was a great finance expert and made the finance process go so smoothly. HUGE thank you to the entire staff. I am no longer going to the closer Mazda dealership near me, Keffer Mazda will be my #1 preferred. More

He was super approachable and made himself available to us answer questions and work with us the few times we stopped in to look and test drive before we purchased. Though time consuming, they made the purchase process pretty easy and helped us get devices connected to the car before leaving the dealership. It was a great experience, especially coming on the heels of a string of terrible experiences with a different dealership in town.
