The old saying is that it's better to be lucky than good and that couldn't be any truer in my case. I decided to call into Halleen KIA of North Olmsted after viewing their Forte GT Line inventory on line an and that couldn't be any truer in my case. I decided to call into Halleen KIA of North Olmsted after viewing their Forte GT Line inventory on line and my call was transferred to Mike Seale. That's where the lucky part comes into play. I was able to share a couple of stock numbers that Mike used to work up some ballpark numbers for me so I could see which trim level fit my budget. He was very responsive and I confirmed an appointment with him that evening which was well after his scheduled day was over. He had the car pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived for my appointment. To say he is as efficient as he is easy to work with is an understatement. My trade was evaluated while I took their car for a test drive. We finalized our deal when I came back and he orchestrated the paperwork, financing and car prepping for delivery so that there wasn't any wasted time or motion. My message to you is to not rely on luck and ask for Mike when you call in or step into the dealership. I can assure you that he will take great care of you! More
