Jim always goes above and beyond every time we work with him. He has come in on his day off 2 times now to make sure he is the one that sends us home with our new car. Jim is always thoughtful, polite, patient, and honest. Jim made our process so easy by doing most things through email and text. Our only issue was pricing this year due to the pandemic. There were no incentives and even 3k down payment still got us nowhere near where I wanted the price. That was no fault of Jim or other staff, however, Kia is making it hard for people to afford cars right now. We hope things will be better in 3 years when I upgrade to a new Kia. If you are thinking of buying or leasing a new car please go see Jim! He is the absolute best at what he does and actually cares about the customer!!! More

Car shopping is not always the world’s most pleasant experience, but Kiyyah made it seem easy - like we were buying from a friend. There are at least 3 other Kia dealerships closer to my home, but when it comes time to buy our next car, I’ll make the drive back out just to have the opportunity to work with her again. More
