I originally bought a Forte back in February of 2020 and dealt with Josh Valentine for that purchase. I loved that car. Unfortunately I was rear ended by an old truck in August. After all the stress of deal dealt with Josh Valentine for that purchase. I loved that car. Unfortunately I was rear ended by an old truck in August. After all the stress of dealing with their insurance it was determined my car was totalled. I remembered I still had Josh's card in my wallet and emailed him explaining that I am looking for a new car and why. Josh was very considerate in asking about my well being and then asking me what I wanted. He went out of his way to find me exactly what I wanted and tild me what my next steps would be in claiming the gap insurance. (By the way BEST investment ever). In a matter of hours via email paperwork was ready and all I have to do is go pick up my car. I HIGHLY recommend Josh and Halleen Kia. I will gladly make the drive from the Akron area to deal with Halleen from now on. More
