I went to the Irwin, PA Kenny Ross Subaru for my 6,000 mile checkup and found it was a pleasant experience from the time I drove into the garage until I drove off. "Misplaced" my appointment and didn't fix my LowJack which never worked from the day I bought the car. Not a very reassuring experience.
