After a few rough experiences at other dealerships I was just about done with getting a car from a dealership. But, a friend had recommended Wilsonville Toyota and my husband encouraged me to try one last spot. At the time we were only looking, but were given undivided attention, no pressure and employee spent several hours with us allowing us to really get all the information we were looking for. When we were ready we contacted Wilsonville and everyone we spoke with was amazing and made sure all our questions were answered. They ever drove several hundred miles and had a very long day to deliver our new vehicle with us. Regardless of where I am I will always go here first for a new vehicle. Their service is truly top notch. More

Talk about Teamwork and Amazement When I first went to Wilsonville Toyota I didn't get very good customer service. Then Haley from Customer Care called me to talk about my experience w When I first went to Wilsonville Toyota I didn't get very good customer service. Then Haley from Customer Care called me to talk about my experience with the dealership. I told her that it wasn't very good and we (my wife and I) were still in a bind. She stated that if we come back then she will hook us up with the GM and then he can point us to the best salesperson that he has. When I showed up later that night, I met Josh (GM) and he introduced me to Justin (salesperson). Just listened to my situation, the cars were appraised and we had our offer for the cars. Now the hard part starts. We had to find a way to reduce two car payments down to one reasonable payment. Justin suggested leasing a vehicle and so we started looking at what we could afford. Well sad to say we couldn't get the one we wanted. However, we got something much better. The next day when we were going to finish up paperwork and the car was going to be ready (it had the plastic wrap on all the main parts the night before), I injured my back. I notified Justin that we may not be able to make it down to the dealership due to my injury. He replied, "I'll figure something out to where I can come to you." HE DID!!! He came up with all the paperwork a co-worker, and we did the paperwork and he drove off in our two cars and left us with the brand new 2015 Camry. DRIVES LIKE A DREAM!!! Thank you to Haley, Josh, and Justin for the awesome teamwork. More

From start to finish, Jenn & Josh made the daunting experience of buying a new car as pleasant and easy as could be. I also knew I was getting a great price, without a minute of haggling or responding experience of buying a new car as pleasant and easy as could be. I also knew I was getting a great price, without a minute of haggling or responding to a million calls/emails over the internet with people I don’t know. My car was totaled in a car accident, and I needed to find a car over the weekend, fast. I knew I wanted a Rav4, not sure about leasing or loan. I was referred to Josh Von Ruden, who is the sales manager at Wilsoville Toyota, by a dear friend. Both she and another friend had a great car buying experience with Josh. After visiting the Wilsonville Toyota website, I REALLY liked the “no bull” format of just knowing the lowest price, whether you were a dealer or customer or the President! I also so great reviews on this website so I knew I had more than just my friends’ word. Over the phone, Josh was so helpful, responsive, patient and kind in helping me determine if I should lease or buy, and in my situation, it turned out leasing is the best option, and I can always end up buying the car at the end, paying about $650 more than if I would have bought in on loan. I like the flexibility that allows! Anyway, we went to dealership on a Saturday. I loved feeling like we could walk in without being attacked by “wolves” - an experience I have had at other dealerships. The Wilsonville dealership was clean, fresh, friendly & lots of options to choose from and we LOVED our “Customer Advocate” Jenn Stevick, who helped our family of four test drive the different models of Rav4. I can honestly say she was truly the best advocate & along with Josh, she had the best customer service! Jenn answered every single question we had, and also never pressured us in any way to add something or buy up. Honestly, Jenn has the perfect personality for me to feel comfortable with (she sat in the back with the kids and answered my husband’s tough questions!). She was so patient, honest, helpful - I can’t say enough good things! Jenn went above and beyond in so many ways -- even meeting me at my son’s basektball tournament the next day (30 min away from the dealership) so I could sign the papers and get my new car then next day, without missing one game! I am very happy with my 2014 Rav4 and also very happy the price, and my monthly payments. Both Josh and Jenn were so patient and knowledgable in helping me figuring out payments vs. cash down, and responded to me by text when I needed it by text, and phone when I needed it by phone. Well, the commercial they have about NO BULL is definitely correct! From the moment we arrived and were greeted at the door it was nothing like the typical car dealership. The guy greeting us, James, we didn't even think was a salesman so that's how different it was! Very friendly and laid back and none of the pushy sales pitches either. Plus meeting the Sales Manager, Josh, was like saying hi to a friend. His whole persona was great and made us feel comfortable right off the bat! Very impressed with him and James. James did a great job with providing info. about the truck we were buying and very friendly and easy to talk to. I would also like to say that the guy that detailed our new vehicle did a great job and was very courteous and friendly as well. This was nothing like the typical dealership we dealt with 10 years ago with dickering back and forth with several guys and taking 6 to 8 hours leaving us exhausted and stressed out! We would definitely go back to this dealership in the future as it was stress free! Thanks guys! More

In first contact was by phone. I felt totally at ease with no pressure. Made an appointment to come in and was escorted through the line up of vehicles I had interest in. I test drove two vehicles and was assured upon my return in the afternoon my chosen vehicle would be ready. My new Scion was ready. Loaded with the accessories I had chosen my car was ready on time. I have had a couple of issues with an accessory outsourced to another business and Wilsonville totally supported me and had the work completed to my satisfaction. My experience with the service department has been fantastic. It is easy to schedule appointments. The work is done on time and is done properly. I have owned three other Toyotas purchased at other area Toyota dealerships. The vehicles have been great but the service has not rivaled that at Wilsonville. I pop in to Wilsonville at least once a month to say hello and am always remembered and treated as if I own the place. More
