This is such a great team. I was handed off a couple of times, I think there were some mistakes made. Then Ronnie Patterson was "chosen" to talk to me about a car. I had talked with Josh and Rochelle ver times, I think there were some mistakes made. Then Ronnie Patterson was "chosen" to talk to me about a car. I had talked with Josh and Rochelle very briefly, but due to a scheduling conflict, Ronnie was asked to present who you were to a somewhat wary social worker. he was the epitome of professionalism. He listened, suggested appropriately. offered a alternative to my 980000 prius, and Josh was the person who Ok'd the trade in. I believe that I was offered a sincere and appropriate alternative to servicing and leaving with my prius. Ali was also a person who called me a couple of times and helped to answer questions throughout the sale. I left with a 2013 prius plug in with 5 miles on it. Thank you Willsonville Toyota, and specifically the crack team that you have assembled to help us make those difficult and expensive choices in a new car. Again my hat specifically goes of the Ronnie. I would work with any of the aforementioned, but specifically, I believe that Ronnie spoke to me about MY needs and explained leasing. I even did that! Pretty amazing for a 63 year old man. Thank you again Wilsonville Toyota. Call me with any questions. Taylor B. Clark LCSW Housecall Providers Hospice Hospice Social Worker Portland OR. More

The moment I arrived, I was greeted by James Park who was just coming on duty (I was a little early <0930>). He asked how he could help me and I told him that I wanted to see the Santa Fe they had online. just coming on duty (I was a little early <0930>). He asked how he could help me and I told him that I wanted to see the Santa Fe they had online. He politely excused himself to get the keys and came right back out. From that moment on, my experience was nothing short of amazing. He told me that he would be the only one I would be dealing with and if I had ANY questions to feel free to ask. There truly are not words adequate to describe how much I was/am impressed by this young man. I believe he would be an asset to any company he chose to work for in any capacity. Through the buying process, I also had the privilege to meet yet another great employee of this dealership, Josh Von Ruden, Sales Manager. Again, very professional, very people oriented and VERY knowledgeable. These two gentlemen made my buying experience most enjoyable. I would not be truly honest if I failed to mention one challenge that I had with another less professional male, but in the grand scheme of things he is as insignificant as the subject I attempted to share with and educate him about. While I am sure there are more wonderful sales associates at this dealership, the fact is, that anyone who decides to purchase a vehicle at this dealership......you will be MOST satisfied if you deal with James or Josh. I had an excellent experience at Wilsonville Toyota. Greg listened to what I was looking for (Highlander with towing and roof rails, not a lot of extras). He and Josh quickly located vehicles on the lot that listened to what I was looking for (Highlander with towing and roof rails, not a lot of extras). He and Josh quickly located vehicles on the lot that met the criteria. One was a base model, the other was also pretty basic but had a tech package. They priced out both vehicles (some dealerships will only do that for ONE vehicle). Prices on both were very good; it was just a matter of whether I wanted to pay extra for the tech package. Love that there was not a circus of working with a sales person, a trade-in person, a manager, a closer and a finance person. Greg did everything. He was pleasant and knowledgable and efficient. I walked into the dealership at 3:00 pm and drove away in my new vehicle at about 6:15 pm. The dealership was very clean; waiting area was comfortable. I appreciated the healthy snacks (fresh fruit, granola bars) that were available. I expect I will be in this car a very long time so I won't be needing to return anytime soon, but if I did need another vehicle, I would return to Wilsonville Toyota. More

It's been almost 2 months since I purchased my new Avalon. Who needs match.com when you have Wilsonville Toyota to act as your match-maker --- I LOVE my car! I had no plans to purchase so soon, but Avalon. Who needs match.com when you have Wilsonville Toyota to act as your match-maker --- I LOVE my car! I had no plans to purchase so soon, but was doing my research and stopped by the dealership on a recommendation from a family member who had recently purchased there. My mom and I were on our way back from Costco, running errands and decided to stop off at Wilsonville Toyota to see what we could see. My dad had spent years in luxury car sales management, so I wasn't new to the business and was expecting the usual vultures swarming and obnoxious pressure tactics. I was very pleasantly surprised by the change of culture -- a refreshing change - we were greeted by a customer and information advocate approach. Dallas Graham, in his first week at the dealership, greeted us and listened carefully. He made us feel comfortable and asked questions, but mostly listened. I really liked that. It was a first -- to be treated with respect at a dealership. Just as they had the one price policy, I knew what I wanted; I knew what I didn't want. I was not convinced I wanted to change brands (from Honda to Toyota) but wasn't in love with the new lines of the Accord. We test drove a 2011 Avalon and while it was comfortable, I was underwhelmed. The attention to detail on the trim and leather was nothing to write home about -- in fact my 2004 Accord EX-L was more classy. We looked at a variety of models and then went in to talk prices. Dallas is a great salesman because he listens -- to what you say as well as what you don't say. With Dallas, it was about the sale, but it was about the RIGHT sale. It didn't feel like a psychology game -- he really wanted me to find a "fit"...something I could afford and a car that had me at hello. He could have had a sale, but he could tell I was not excited about the purchase and stopped crunching numbers and said, "Just a minute. I think I have an idea." A couple minutes later, he returned and took us to take a look at the 2013 Avalon. It was love at first sight! Classic lines, not overstated, but very tasteful -- these cars were barely unwrapped and barely off the ships, they were so new. We got into one and the first thing I noticed (other than the intoxicating aroma of the new car leather) was the elegant up-do of the styling detail: the 2013 Avalon had undergone a transformation. The lines of the car were timeless, yet fresh; the interior trim on the dash and the stitching of the leather came together for a rich and stylish finish. I couldn't stop smiling. I was smitten. This was a car I could live with for a long time! The lot was closing, but Dallas got us out for one last test drive. That drive sold me on the car. The lexus chassis brought length for a smoother ride, and the car was definitely solid and head and shoulders above the previous ride of the 2011 Avalon. The engine purred (and roared)... Needless to say, I stumbled off the lot, weak in the knees, but oh-so-in-love, to finalize details with Dallas. Once we figured out what I could afford, it was time to see what they had in inventory that matched my budget and preferences. Due to plans to move to the hot desert country, I was looking for lighter colors: a luxurious blend of Champagne Mica exterior (not your typical 'gold' blah -- this changes in tone with grays and greens depending on the lighting), and with a gorgeous almond leather interior. There was only one and it was still at the port -- just off the ship. We called it a night and went home with plans to sleep on it and return the following day. Dallas wasn't going to be in the next day, so graciously handed us the name of a colleague (Rochelle) to work with to finish my sale. Upon our return, we were met by the news that the only car in the state fitting my specs had sold sight unseen, the night before. Not surprised. It was a lovely car. With lighter colors less popular in the northwest, there were no others in the state. Josh, the manager, got involved to see if he could locate one in the northwest at a sister dealership. There was only one XLE premium and almost in Canada. Rochelle worked with us tirelessly all day, to finalize the paperwork, patiently answered all our questions, and coordinated with management to ensure I would be able to do a walk-around of the car upon its delivery at the end of the week. The teamwork in this place was astounding (and not lost on my mom and I). In past dealership experiences, everything was about the salesperson: negotiating numbers and "what can I do to get you into this car?" or "my boss can't go any lower than..." But at Wilsonville, it was all about me! Dallas and Rochelle pulled in co-workers and colleagues a number of times to make sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Rochelle asked Kevin? (in service?) to come over to answer aftermarket add-on questions -- what would be possible / desirable for this car to get some of the nicer features without purchasing the next trim level up. He was very helpful. On the day we came to inspect the car Josh met us and his eyes sparkled, "Have you seen it yet?" Rochelle walked us over and handed me the keys. The last concern I had was how the interior / exterior colors would seem in real light (not just in brochure-ware). But upon seeing the "real article" in daylight, I was over-the-moon. It met all my expectations and then some -- it was extraordinary! My mom and I just gushed. Josh said they had ordered 2-3 additional similar vehicles, it was so beautiful. Dallas stepped out to finalize the last walk-through details. I am a happy customer and will recommend Wilsonville Toyota to others. I'll be back for parts and service. Dallas, Rochelle and Josh have changed car buying for me. They demonstrated true customer-centered buying experience and teamwork -- I like the description of the role "customer advocate" so much more than "salesperson". I work in customer support industry myself and I know there is a big difference between sales/marketing-centered experience and customer-centered experience. When the bottom line is the customer, there's an integrity that is delivered throughout the experience. That made the difference for me in this purchase. Could I have gotten a better price? Yes -- but it would have meant more time and energy. I didn't have extra time and the dealership experience with Dallas, Rochelle and Josh was VERY pleasant and covered all the bases. So much so to make me want to close the deal with Wilsonville. Thanks for the great experience -- and for introducing me to the new love of my life :) Dallas and Rochelle have since welcomed me back to see them for any questions I might have related to my new car. That also made me feel that I wasn't just a sale; I am still a customer. (What a concept!) Now THIS is how the car purchasing experience should be! I'll be in to see them soon! Thanks for all the extra effort -- you've made me feel welcome to the Toyota family! ~Jen More
