Avoid Audi Dallas if you value honesty. I asked explicit questions before buying my new 2025 RS3 to ensure my windshield warranty service could be done at an authorized Audi dealership and I asked explicit questions before buying my new 2025 RS3 to ensure my windshield warranty service could be done at an authorized Audi dealership and use Audi OEM. I was misled, sold a third party Sonsio policy, which used Sonsio OEM and could only be performed at a Sonsio location. I gave Audi Dallas management a clear date to contact me to try to salvage our relationship yet received no call nor acknowledgement of my e-mail. I am extremely disappointed about the total lack of customer service and professional accountability. More

Working with our partners at Sonsio and Jim Moran & Associates, your claim has been approved and set up to provide exactly what was promised at the time of sale—an Audi OEM windshield with proper calibration, consistent with the coverage you purchased. We’re sorry for any confusion caused by attempting to complete the replacement through another Audi dealer and are pleased that the outcome ultimately aligned with your expectations.
