I bought a brand new F250 (order) from Justin, and I've had it in now 3 times for issues with trailering - the main reason for buying the truck - and the issue still carries on and I cannot tow safely or effectively. I own 2 F-150's, one purchased from Eagle River Ford and the other at another dealer that was able to locate one with nearly all the features I was looking for. Josh makes service a breeze, actually picking the other at another dealer that was able to locate one with nearly all the features I was looking for. Josh makes service a breeze, actually picking up my truck for service visits and returning it when complete (we live near each other). I always feel comfortable knowing he is overseeing service.
