I have been buying and leasing cars from Kia of North Olmsted for years. Jim has been the best salesman to work with. There is never any pressure. He is very clear when going over the deal. There are ALOT of electronics in this vehicle. While I was in financing he spent a half hour or more going over the operation of all the options with my wife. She loves the car and everything it is able to do. Jim is a huge asset to your company. I will be back for more vehicles. More
