After visiting several other dealers with very questionable sales tactics and constant pressure to move us toward a new car we were exhausted by the process. We found a few used vehicles on the heritage subaru website and made an appointment to test drive. The stafff was helpful and patient and our salesman Matthew Streete helped us to find the perfect car. I was appreciative of the difference that was evident in the entire experience at Heritage. I will continue to bring both of our Subaru's there for service and I fully expect I will but my next car there as well. More
