Both cars in for service. Josh always provides the best of customer service when we bring our vehicles in for service. This time we brought in 2 vehicles; one for an oil chang Josh always provides the best of customer service when we bring our vehicles in for service. Excellent service and support I am a new resident of New Hampshire and needed to have my car inspected. NH laws are different than MA and I was advised that I needed to have a new I am a new resident of New Hampshire and needed to have my car inspected. NH laws are different than MA and I was advised that I needed to have a new windshield as mine has a small crack repaired (this is OK in MA). Service took care of notifying Manchester Auto Glass to schedule the replacement as I called my insurance for filing a claim. All was taken care of in 2 days - great service! More

Personal service is still possible I didn’t have an appointment and the Lexus was not purchased at this dealership. Nevertheless, Josh and the service team were quick to care for my nee I didn’t have an appointment and the Lexus was not purchased at this dealership.
