Great service experience I took my car in for the 5k maintenance and tire rotation. Joshua went over what they would cover and do. I explained that I came from out of town and I took my car in for the 5k maintenance and tire rotation. Joshua went over what they would cover and do. I explained that I came from out of town and he promptly told me about their pickup and deliver service that is available during the week. What an amazing service this is, for those of us with hours that don't permit us to come during the week. He also called me when they found a problem with my tire and explain what had happened and how best to fix it. My visit was a very positive experience and customer service was great! More

Great service I've been working with Lexus of Bedford for a number of years. The service is always excellent. But during the early visits, it was clear that they I've been working with Lexus of Bedford for a number of years. The service is always excellent. But during the early visits, it was clear that they were told to sell, sell, sell. I wrote them a note complaining about this after I went in for an oil change, had to wait for about a half hour before I even met with the service rep who spent about 20 minutes (maybe not quite) being friendly and telling me all the additional things we could do. All I needed was an oil change. During the following days, I got three email messages and a couple of phone calls to follow up. It was just an oil change. In any event, I did send a note and I was pleased the next visit to see that they moved things right along. No big upsell. I've stayed with them for about 6 years now, and glad I did. Josh is great to work with. More
