Ive always had a good experience before this but my last visit turned out to be horrible. The visit itself was good. Customer service was fast and curteous. Its the service dept that has me upset. I dropped visit turned out to be horrible. The visit itself was good. Customer service was fast and curteous. Its the service dept that has me upset. I dropped my 2019 Ram 1500 truck off to the service dept to have my Air Conditioner fixed as it was blowing warm air. I was told that it would be a little over $2800 to have it fixed (parts, labor taxes and out the door). Was told I needed a new Compressor and Condenser and new free-on put in. I went ahead and said yes and by end of the day it was fixed and my AC was working. It lasted all of day and a half. The next evening it just out of the blue stopped working. Stopped nlowing cold air and back to warm air. So I just spent $2800 on things that did not fix the problem. $2800 is alot of money to pay for anything so when I do fork out thag kind of money, I and ANYONE, expects it to work correctly and properly. Called and told them whay happened and all I got was a new date to drop it off, which is still 9 days away. So not only did I waste $2800 but i still get to sweat to death in the vehicle i paid not to. Very upset and will not be recommending anyone to come here and lost my trust and business as a customer. More
